They are not perfect now and I still wear glasses but they're very thing glasses. I don't know the terminology for the eyesight but mine were -16 and now they're -4, so they DID improve dramatically.
Shadow, you posted about that other procedure before and I'm very interested in getting mine fixed again. Please keep us updated on how it's going. I would love to ditch the glasses forever! I tried going back for another procedure but they said I ccould no longer do it. I'm guessing my eyes were "too thin" to do it again as well. This new procedure may be what I need.
I still say to go for it. I would definately do it again. I used to wear contacts but glasses were really like Coke bottles if I had worn them.

WTF? So much for lifestime.gonelifting said:I did mine at TLC. Is yours the "lifetime" one? You can go back for life as needed for more procedures as you age and stuff. I went back after a few months or a year and they said "No good, your eyes can't be operated on anymore" lol wtf?
Get boobs instead. You'll never have to date again!Razorguns said:Lasik is awesome. I'm going in for blasteroaphy? (sp?) next month to remove some horrible saggy eyelids brought on by years of wearing incorrect prescription glasses and squinting. Apparently it'll make me look 5 years young and much more fresher once again. I can't wait. But it's a very sensitive surgery in terms of esthetics of end result, so just hopin' for the best.
