Ladies.. I need some input for a friend

A friend of mine has done very well at varies shows lately. She is thinking about using some arimidex to tighten up before the show.
I had some reservations about it due to its effect on estrogen.
Does anyone here have any experience with it?
If so, how much did you use and for how long?
