Ladies: How do you take it when a guy compliments you?

I suppose it depends on who says it. If it's someone I'm close to or trust then I try to take them. I'm very critical of myself though...I'm trying to work on it.

When it's a stranger, I often wonder what they want. I usually think it's a pick up line. I guess it depends on whether he's looking into my eyes or looking at my body-- you can usually tell if someone thinks of you as a piece of ass vs. an attractive person.

I like eye contact. He's more likely to break eye contact than I am.

The most awful compliment I ever got was a while back at the gym, when a guy I occasionally talked to there grabbed my ass while I was doing cardio-- told me it was tight. I don't think that's too smooth.
