lab results - advice?

hi all - shooting 90mg of test C every 4th day for TRT. latest lab results:

testosterone, Serum 1478 HIGH ng/dL 348-1197
Free testosterone(Direct) 20.5 pg/mL 6.8-21.5
Estradiol 34.6 pg/mL 7.6-42.6 Roche ECLIA methodology
Sex Horm Binding Glob, Serum 103.3 HIGH nmol/L 16.5-55.9

should i be concerned about the high SHBG? thx

NOTE - lab done on day 3 after shot so 24 hours before next shot.

Hi tendency

I'm not sure about the SHBG, but your Oestrogen is very high and needs to be brought under control.
Your total T is very high - as would be expected - and your bioavailable T is upper high normal, but not tipping over. Your doc might leave things as they are (but shouldn't), or he could reduce the T dose, which may sort out the Estriodol problem.
Other wise, he may decide - if you're young/ or plan on fathering kids, he might prescribe Human Chorionic Gonadatropin (HGC) and/or an Aromatise Inhibitor.

Basically, there are a few options for bringing your labs in to line, depending on where you are in the world.
