I have a buddy that got some UG test Eth( 250mg 20ml)..let is get cold and it started to crash. Is it possible to add some BB 5%?? to bring it back???

Well, you'll have to bake it to bring it back into solution, or warm it up enough. You can try adding a little BA/BB mix to the solution before you bake.

just warm it up a little. boil water, let cool slightly, submerge vial, swirl back into solution.
