I have experimented over the course of the year with different personal doesages and noticed some interesting things.
First with the BAD:
1/4 ml ed is too much for me! I usually take it before bed when I was taking it ed when using high doses of TEST and EQ. So, I NOTICED in the morning it was a little harder to wake up and pop out of bed. Thus, less energy in the morning. In short, LETHARGIC throughout the day. Less of a sense of well being.
Also, it put me in a bad mood. Rather short with people and a little more succeptable to lose my temper over petty things. For instance, not finding my keys in my room set me into a rage. Shanking a golf ball made me break not only my driver, but, 3 other irons in my bag. Why? I don't know. Just a personal notice of such quick temperment.
Lastly, my elbow and shoulder joints get way too sore with too much L-dex. When I go very HEAVY, I drop my dose significantly before a scheduled grueling heavy heavy workout. Therefore, I notice less soreness in my elbow and shoulder areas during heavy lifts.
The GOOD:
Drys up any bumps on my arms or shoulders. Clears up acne after a couple days @ .25mg ed. I notice a difference, for instance, when I go from 1/4 e3d to .25ed in my skin bumps. Bumps tend to dry up and become less likely to sprout new pussie pimples on my back and shoulders with an increase in doseage! Must be a hormonal thing with MY body. I am very succeptable for some reason to a vast amount of estrogen conversion.
Next, bloat significantly decreases. Thus, firmer look and better vascularity.
Lastly, my elbow and shoulder joints get way too sore with too much L-dex.
So, what I'm trying to say is find a dose that can balance the good with the bad. I do not understand the science of why the Lethargicness or mood change, but, I have found a good dose for myself.
What I do is listen to my body and take an honest look at my body throughout the week.
TOO MUCH= lethargic + bad mood + sore joints = weaker lifting session and bad day mentally.
NOT ENOUGH= bloated + too much estrogen= acne formation & watery look.
Just my personal thoughts of how I've responded to the chemical and my experience of different doseages.
