L-Carnitine? From new@'s eca post...

I used L-Carnitine in the past and saw no great results with it. It was a liquid form, and tasted like shit. Has anybody had any luck with it? The info New@ posted just below made it sound more promising.

Anyone? Anyone use anything other then the liquid?

I take it w/ my ECA stack...i think it has great benefits while dietingwhen combined with your thermogenic etc.
 
oops forgot..I take pills...never done the liquid stuff..

I debated for 6 months whether or not to end 2 years of vegetarianism. I determined that I was not doing it for any good reason...just hadn't eaten it in a long time. So I started eating it again. I lost about 10 pounds in a few weeks. Not saying that you can't do this AND be a vegetarian (just look at MS...wait...you can't! She never posts pics!) ...I'm saying I didn't care enough to. I've never been fatter in my LIFE than when I was not eating meat. Athletes and vegetarians need carnitine more than anyone...you are BOTH.


Spatterson, wow! I'm really glad you posted this, because I've been a vegetarian since my freshman year of college, about two years ago, and I can't really say why anymore. I'm not the angry Green I once was. When I first started, I gained a lot of weight, and I still think I always look a little puffy. Anyway, I had been debating whether to start again this past summer, but haven't acted on it. I recently bought some chicken broth, though, which I've been staring at for about a week. I think I'm mainly paranoid about throwing out two years of investment with one bowl of soup. Stupid, yes, but paranoia is a powerful thing.

Sooooo, how did you do it when you started back up? What was it like?
