This is still a relatively new substance but when others I had read about used it, it was at a dose of 3cc's EOD. A friend of mine and I used ours at a dose of 2cc's ED. I will tell you this, subq injections get to be quite painful after the first week and the pain doesn't subside for months.

if you mix 4 cc of lidocaine in with the full bottle of kyno, you will be pain free...normal dosage is 3 cc EOD, but some people take 1.5cc ED

It can be injected IM or SUBQ. I weigh 250 lbs. and started with 3cc eod. It was not until I went up to 3cc daily that it really kicked in. Although the increase to 3 cc daily produce notable results, it did not come without a price.
The injections were painful as hell. I used 25g and 27g pins for both IM and SUBQ injections. My blood pressure went through the roof. Even now 2 months later, I still have painful injection sites. My first injection and my buddy's first injection both resulted in huge ass bruises. Mind you, I have been injecting myself since 1989 and have only bruised a handful of times. After the first injection, neither of us bruised again.
It is important to note that all I did for 1.5 months was the Kyno and did not change a thing. I kept the same diet, the same training style, and for the most part the same boring ass lifestyle. I got super vascular despite eating like a horse (must have been the Vit B-12 in it). I got excellent pumps (not like AS but still damn good), and I got way leaner. It was well worth the $35 per bottle.

kyno can be used IM, sub c , or IV....IV i would not recommend...most do IM injections..
I used 1cc for the first week and bumped it up to 2 ccs there after. Good advice I can give you.....Use insulin pins and spot inject with this stuff. insulin pins are virtually pain free and are perfect for hitting those spots your scared to poke a 20 guage in. My triceps looked ridiculas spot injecting it. Let us know how good kynoselen works for you.
