For a non steroidal aid ,Kyno works,it will give u a boost in energy,increase in appetite and should reduce overall muscle soreness.It did for me.Sart with 1 ml 30-40 min before a workout,then gradually increase the dose to 1.5ml maybe after a few weeks 2ml.Us an insulin pin into the shoulder or glute,its water based so it can be done sub q but not recommended.
 
Ive been using it for quite awhile....would give same answers as riptorn....Iam @ 2ml per day...sometimes I will add 1 ml 1 hour prior to workout....definitely leans you out...and Iam not trying to do so...its worth the price and is easy to take and have not noted any sides at all...Iam 1/4 way thru second 100ml bottle....nothing dramatic about it, it just works....
 
Any problem with taking some expired stuff? I have a bottle tht I just checked expired in september of this year.
 
If you notice you have alot less lactic acid burn when your lifting so you get total muscle failure instead of lactic acid failure.
 
FinaDoc, good point...workouts are much better...Iam going to retsrict usage to a pre-workout protocol @ 2cc/ml....about 1 to1 1/2hr prior to the session....
