I am looking for alternative forsm of cardio, for the morning. I used to live about a block from the gym and it was no problem toi wake up 45 mins to 1 hour earlier than normal to head to the gym in the morn. I am now about 20 mins away and it would be a big burden to head all the way over there, d ocardio, then head all the way back to get ready for work. I really wouldn't fee lcomfortable showering, shaving and getting dresses there (locker room is real small, and there are always old naked men in there sitting too close to eahc other while getting dressed and undressed).
I can't jog because of my knees, too much impact. I am also thinking of getting one of those stands for my bike and using that, but that is like $100+ just for the stand, plus I need to fix the bike. I thought jump rope would be a nice and cheap alternative but I am in a second floor apartment and not sure if it would be too restricvetive (space wise) and too much noise for my bottom neighbors
