I am still finding out what I will be doing out there exactly (it's for a client I don't usually work with), but the basic agenda is this:

- arrive at 9am on Monday
- take a cab with my coworker to the hotel
- drop our shit off and go straight to Qualcomm
- set up ALL day for our event
- go back to the hotel around 6 or so and change
- dinner and drinks with the client
- wake up Tues at around 6am and go back to Qualcomm
- set up ALL day for the event, including managing staff/volunteers
- go back to hotel around 4 and change quick
- go back to Qualcomm for our event from 5 - 11 (around 400-500 people)
- break down the entire event
- go to hotel and sleep
- get to airport for a 6am flight

Hence, you see that I do not kid when I say I have no time to breathe when I travel. unfortunately.

It's a private customer-hosting event for a client. Open bar, DJ, stage, lot's of booths for the client's different opco's. then a green screen and some player appearances and autograph sessions.
