Kids Names

when you have kids what do you think is a cool name for him/her or if your old lady just had a kid what did you name him/her?

My step daughter's name is Jessica Meryl (middle name is the 1st name of some relative)

I might be the minority here, but I`m not a fan of the "cool" names. Brandon, Star, Alexis... Brittany, Cooper..Not that they`re bad, They sound great actually, but I think they are trying to hard. No offense to anyone here.

As I still refer to my future offsping as "spawn" I'm not sure I could properly name them yet. The names I like keep getting stolen by family members. Damn it.

We always joke that we'll have a little girl named JeKatie (Jer and Katie). It frightens my mother and that's why the joke persists.

I want a boy next, to name after my father, Nick.

I'll never have children but when I was engaged and we planned on adopting after marriage we picked the following names.

When we adopted a girl we planned on naming her Arianna Raquel Alana Phancero. That's one child's name by the way. Arianna was a name I always liked. Raquel was a name my ex fiance liked. Alana was a name we made from his middle name, Alan. I guess a female version of his middle name. Phancero is his last name. He legally changed his last name over a year ago, when we were still together. We combined his last name and my last name to come up with that last name, which he has to this day.

When we adopted a son we planned on naming him Damean Jaime Michael Phancero. Picking a boy's name was a lot harder than picking a girl's name. Damean was the only name we liked. Then everyone said that Damean was the devil in some horror movie. Jaime is my dad's name. Michael is his dad's name.

The Boy we lost mid pregnancy was to be named this..

I love Cole being short for Nicholas.

I HATE the trend of parents clling their kids 'cool' and 'unusual' names, in 10-15 years there is gonna be a heneration of fucks with stupid fucking names..........lovely.

The whacked spelling of common names must be annoying with the poor kid
having to correct the spelling for 70+ years...

The most recent name, historicly, for one of my boys is about 1200 years old, the oldest about 3500yrs. We're good.

Cruel names are worse.

I went to school with Richard Less.

I shit you not. He got SLAUGHTERED. 'Hey, Dick Less!'

Prolly institutionalized now.

Whoa.......just had a baby girl, and her name is Alexis, and so is her Great Grandmas's. Nothing cool about that, my vote was for Jessica. :)

My 5 year old's name is Riley, she's daddy's little girl, through and through.

If it is a boy, I like either Augustine/Augustus (call him auggie) or Street... LOL my wife says no to both...

If it is a girl, I don't know but I kind of like Samantha (sam)
