Does any one get kidney pain just first thing? On a morning when i wake up i always seem to have slight discomfort on the lower right side of my back which goes away after a glass of water or two. Anyone else get this problem?

i would go to the doc and get a full blood count you will find out that way
you might just pulled a muscle, if it only hurts when you wake up i don't think
it would be something serious drink lots of water and getsome anti-biotics
