Kidney discomfort??

Ive been on a test e cycle for the past 8 weeks at 500mg/wk. I just recently having some discomfort in my kidney areas. What could be the cause? I know I haven't been drinking enough water that I should be so I'm sure that has something to do with it

The only other thing is 200mg caffeine before workouts. That's it.

How much do you weigh? What is your diet like? Body type?

Where is your pain?

On a scale of 1-10. How would you rate your pain?

Does anything you do make your pain worse?

What does the pain feel like? Sharp, dull, ache, pinch?

Did you get your blood work done before you started your cycle?

Look at this thread. Read all of the advice members are giving him. Pay close attention the post where Dylan talks about getting your blood done.

It sounds like you may have answered your own question. Drink at least 2 gallons of water per day on cycle, and see how that does. Lower back pumps may be what you are feeling too. Take Taurine to help with that.

I've been drinking maybe 2-3 liters a day. I'm gonna try drinking a shit ton of water and see if that helps

Theres ur problem, u need to drink at least twice that amount, especially on cycle
