kidney damage????????

while taking oral steroids, i am taking my liver protectors, but what can i take to help my kidneys. i drink lots of water and take cran clense, but what else can i do????????thanks in advance

how many orals u plan on taking bro ? orals are more hard on the ole liver than anything. supposedly fina is the harsh one for kidney problems yet no studies to prove this. just to be safe just take a good amount of cran extract and drink lots of water. you will be fine. what were u planning on taking that makes u concerned?

dude ? anyways r u the one that said they r peeing blood. if so i would get that checked out before thinking of your next var only cycle, if u r not that guy then var alone still should be taken at a reasonable dose. yes it is "safe" as far as steroids go but it is still 17aa and u have to take it cautiously.
