JKURZ, right now, I'm on about 3500-4000 cals a day, 70-80% fat, alot of flax seed oil, and a lbs of romaine lettace every day. Every 4th day I refeed/carb load. I'm trying to lean out a little while gaining lbm. I haven't weighed this week becuase I'm in michigan, but I had put on 6 lbs and several girls (including one who sees me naked at least 3 times a week) have said I'm leaner and harder to the touch, so a good sign of bodyfat loss.
