hmmm you see ur right and have a very interesting point, but i have the option here..... let me fill you in on my position. I'm 5'7 158lbs 20%bf. I've been lifting very very heavy for a year and half. I first started benching at 135lbs now i'm at 235lbs.. I've been there for quitttte some time now. Its so freaken frusterating. I'd say 3 months same weight. For 3 months..... That goes with everything else also. I've been straight bar curling 120 4x for 3 months now. You see ive been stuck at the same weight and i can't take it anymore.. Its not like my routine doesn't work because i've increased a lot up intil about 3-4 months ago. I even switch my routine up to suprise my muscles but that didn't work. I also can not get rid of my 20% body fat.. I lift 5 days a week do cardio 3x a week and do abs 3x a week. I've also been on a very low carb high protein diet for 4 weeks. Still nothing....tuna after tuna after bad tatsting protein shake for what??? I've taken xenerdrine,hydroxycut,cutting gel thermogenic serum and I still have the same % body fat. I've been wasting a lot of money on supplements too. At this point i'm convinced nothing works for me thats why i'm going to steriods(in my case test cyp). I'll be happy with 10 pounds added, and reduced body fat. I spent 220 for this(don't ask i know i spent more that i should have) and don't just feel like throwing it away. Well u've heard my point of view, wouldn't you do the same thing?
 
Guess what, Ive been "stuck" for longer times than 3 months and I didnt run to steroids at the drop of a hat, dont make it sound so agonizing. Teenagers bodies go through fluctuations like gaining a lot, then plateau for a little while. You have to wait for your body to stabilize as an adult before you start fucking with drugs. Youre stats do not justify the use of steroids if you are only 5'8" 158 and 20%. That means quite the opposite in that you definetely should not use steroids because you ahve a lot of progress to make naturally. All of what you are saying is made irrelevent from the fact you are ONLY 17 IN THE FIRST PLACE. If you do not have the patience to be in this game you are going to pay the price. Try to sell your steroids or something or just force yourself to get rid of it, Im sure its not the first time youve blown money.

i gained an inch and a half when i was 19

if you take roids now your 5'7" forever
 
I think all the chemical crap in my body is done with. I started shaving in 8th grade and i've been the same height for 5 years. i hit puberty really early.lets see started having armpit hair in 6th grade, and chest hair in 8th grade..... even though i'm 17 its kinda like i'd be what a normal 19 year old would be what do you think?

What do I think? I think these guys are trying to give you some good advice and you don't feel like hearing it. You are 17 what is the fucking rush. Train hard, eat right, learn and in a couple of years if you want then hit the gas.
 
17 is TOO young.

You will f yourself up in several ways. LIFE-LONG shit.

But, be a dumbass and take a shortcut. Just dont ask us any more questions or blame us when you f yourself up.
 
fine last question for now.. Its just one cycle of cyp the side effects can not be that bad compared to all the cycles half of you guyz take. i'll only be taking 200mg a week. thats not a lot. how bad could the side effects be??
 
when you start altering your chemistry before its stable in the first place you are asking for trouble, which can tend to cause some probs. i think your body produces any where form 5-7mg of test per day, thats around 30-40mg per week. when you slam 200mg per week in your body and your still nursin of moms tit you will most likely not be ready for it!

just get some creatine and a shitload of effedra and that will help you a great deal.


you say low carb high protien diet, post your eating regimen up so we can see how bad it realy is, you talk of can after can of tuna, you need more than just cans of tuna and protien shakes, building a solid diet is a very detailed procedure sometimes with many trial and error periods. i just dont think your diet is as good or as dead on as you say.


if you are not taking any of our advice than why are you posting up here in the first place for our advice. if your gonna do it despite all this negative feed back add some deca and d-bol or A-50 in with it, if your gonna fuck your self up at 17years old get JACKED LIKE A MOFO!

We are talking about the fact that YOUR endocrine system, YOUR body, is NOT YET at the stage where you should consider doing this - ok? We are not talking out of our asses, you asked for advice, we gave it to you. Now if you are NOT going to listen, the shut up, go away, stop taking up space on here.

I know u guyz are right but i can't seem to listen. 95 percent of the kids on my football team juiced with stuff a lot worse than i have. Are you saying every single one of them have cursed their life? I know so many people at my age that have. Juicing is the key to competitive high school sports. I'm going to be playing football in college so I have to get big over the summer or i won't play. I aint sitting out this time.. I've made up my mind, i'll tell you guyz the results i get when i'm done.. peace

Change your diet. Low carbs is not going to help you out of your plateau. FYI- if you don't have you diet and cardio regimine in check and can't loose weight naturally now, just wait- adding Test is just gonna make you even fatter and more unhappy. It's not a magical formula bro, your diet is the most important aspect of the cycle. If you can't figure it out now- adding the Test is really going to fuck you up. No joke- you can quote me on that. Why do people think that adding test is going to make you lose bodyfat?

158lbs 32 of which is fat

that leaves 126lbs muscle and bone pushing 235 on the bench(its not like hes a midget either)

I am in a very similar position to you man and I came here aksing for these guys advise and you got to say that I got it.

Now admitedly that I dont like it and these guys can be rough with newbies but they is telling the truth man and I think you got to swallow it even if it dont taste so good.

Ive decided not to do the juice until I am at least 19 now and have added another 50lbs of muscle through training and dieting.

I currently use Myoplex but am thinking on Legal ROIDS.

Protein, Glutamine and Creatine should be everything you need. I would be very careful about using 'legal' roids because the only thing you usually get from them are side effects. I am talking from personal experience as well. As a young guy you have plenty of testosterone (or should), so just eat bigger and lift harder if your not getting the results you want.

I agree- you need to be patient... I understand how you may want results right away but it is not healthy to just do something without looking at it first and without caution
