it makes you very sleepy. if you are taking it for cutting via superclen pill, take the pill at night. the sleepiness effect only last 6 hours, but the clen has a longer half-life.

DEFINITELY take it @ night I take 1mg every other night to help with receptor downreg. It helps a great deal with fat burners.

oh yeah, it also makes you incredibly hungry...another reason to be asleep when the ketotifin is peaking.

even 1mg made me sleep like a baby. supposedly you'll need at least 6mg/day to resensitize the beta 2 receptors. i could never make it up that high. i got up to 3mg/day and that's about all i could take and still function the next day. i didn't notice any benefits of 3mg/day with clen.

My experience has been that the "sleepy" side effect only last about a week. This is my 3rd week on Superclen and I am up to a whole tab. I take 1/2 in the morning and the other 1/2 at night. I am not sleepy at all.

I eat every 3 hours when cutting, so I am never really hungry so I dont see that side effect either.

I have dropped 10lbs.

I beleive its an antihistamine( hope thats how you spell it). So you should be able to get it, or something similar from a any chemist. Tell them you have an allergy.
