Ketofin and clen question

I'm going to start taking this clen I've got here .4mg clen (i think from IP) I know not to take a whole tab at once but my question is this.. I don't think its the kind with the ketofin in it already so I'm looking to see what ketofin is and if its one of those things you can get over the counter so to speak or if its one of those elusive drugs. Also if it is in something over the counter how much can you take if I'm popping 1/4 tabs of the .4mg clen? i'd of course prefer to find ketofin straight instead of it being "in another product" ...I hate taking extra stuff I don't need. Any help is appreciated... (was thinking too of crushing the clen and disolving in water to make parting out the tabs easier instead of trying to split those lil things in 1/4's. Any thoughts on that?

BTW the correct name is ketotifen, if you are going to search for it on the net.

I was looking for the stuff yesterday since I wanted to use it with ECA, and even at the cheapest overseas pharmacy I know the price was higher per mg than what you get with chinaman clen. If you can give me specific brand names I could check for price better.
