Lots of ladies in politics these days...I voted for a few. Why not?

The republicans? Ah.....won't go there.

there will be no landslides. but there is the likelihood that once again the winner of the popular vote will lose.

Wodin do you support Amendment 36 in Colorado. And if yes why?
I'm actually still up in the air about it. But if I would have had to vote today I would have voted against it.

That answer actually surprised me. I am voting against it as well. It is good to see someone trying to find a solution to the EC but this is not the answer, especially in an election year. The answer will have to be nation wide, not just a state. I would be VERY surprised if it passes.

I know there is another state that adopted a proportional voting option to be exercised by the electors but it has never been invoked.

I think if proportionality were to come to fruition in the state then I would also like to see a greater number of electors in the states. This would preserve the spirit of the EC.

There has to be a more equitable solution somehow though.
