keeping the fat down

im getting ready to run a dbol,test, and deca with some winstrol in my next cycle, my last cycle i used 750mg of sust a week and gained a good bit of fat around the waist, what can i add to this cycle to keep the water and fat down so that all my gains are good muscle mass?, thanks
 
Eating clean means deriving your calories and protein from quality sources, such as chicken, tuna, lean beef, egg whites, light dairy products, and so on. Not eating clean is inhaling triple bacon cheese burgers because they have a lot of protein and calories. I can eat a lot more packages of tuna for the same calories as the triple bacon cheeseburger.....but I'll get 10 times the protein, with a fraction of the fat.
 
eating clean means quality protein and unrefined carbs. For example grilled skinless chicken breasts, brown rice, broccoli,and skim milk would be a nice clean meal. An unclean meal would be a pizza hut pan pizza with pepperoni's and a large cola flavored beverage.
 
use arimidex and a low dose t3...maybe 25mcg of t3 per day for the length of the cycle. AAS decrease thryoid output anyways so 25mcg/day is a replacement dose.
