remember that once you come off, depending how long-lasting the compound/ester is, you will need to be careful of overtraining. You no longer have the juice in your system to aid in speedy recovery. Hence, you will need to back off a bit, NOT intensity, but certainly number of sets. Of course maintaining a great diet and doing the therapy will help as well. You can also throw in 200 mg/day of DNP for a week followed by some clen for two weeks. I cannot rememeber the topic, but a search might yield the thread on DNP at low doses aiding in post-cycle upregulation of natural T3 levels, coupled with its obvious anti-protelytic effects and the potential for a VERY weak anabolic rebound assuming you were on very short esters.
