i'd say yes... i've gotten off a cycle that i gained 28lbs and haven't lost any of it yet (2wks) -- big surprise b/c i thought i'd lose some water weight but i've still been eating like a horse and thanksgiving weekend all i didd was eat and sleep (literally)
my strength has gone down some (which is kinda disheartening after feeling like superman in the weightroom) but you just gotta keep at it... last cycle i dropped some LB's and strength after i came off, but kept working and got my strength back to where it was at the peak of that cycle before starting a new one.
