keeping gains..hardcore!

Hey bros,

I need to know EVERYTHING i can do to keep my gains. Of course Ill be running Clomid for therapy, will be training after Im off, and eating right. But what else can I do? What supplements will help? Ill be taking Creatine and Glutamine after I get off. Anything else?Thanks.
 
I would not suggest to do what alwaysgrowing said, your body can't repair itself as fast as when you are on. Right when you come off it is suggested that you don't train bodyparts more than once a week and give yourself enough rest to repair. Theres a good read on post cycle therapy if you go to anabolicreview.com.
Then go to getting off steroids. I'm not sayiong do this exact method but it explains what your body is going through as you come off pretty accuritely. It will give you a better sence of how to come off.

i train just as hard as when im on, as when im off. the only thing i do different is three weekz after i come off, ill lift lighter weightz are more repz for a week, to give my jointz a bit of a rest. the biggest mistake i see if people training half as hard as they normally do. train hard, ballz to the wall, or go home

No this isn't right. Cut your workload volume. Stick to compound movements with heavy weights but low amounts 3 days a week max. Remember your body is in a state where it has nothing for a while no roids and your natty supply of test is fucked.
Train smart keep cals and protein high. Do your clomid and get plenty of rest. Good luck
 
oneand thesame is right on the money IMO.
Your body is absolutely not the same nor are your recovery rates nearly as impressive when off of the juice, why would you subject it to the same workload?
3 days a week heavy compound movements just like he said.

cant go wrong with clomid and clen......actually HighIntensity came off of like 4 months of tren and came back from that pretty good....do a search on his post cycle recovery.
 
i prefer hcg 2wks before stopping cycle, clen for 2wks then after clen is gone i do clomids 300,100,50 routine...i think its funny that this board has waves of trends...i remember everyone was using primo to bridge then var then d-bol what next?
 
Don't lift as hard as you did when you are on. Stick to core lifts, powercleans, uprights, squats, flat bench, for about 3 weeks. Try not to isolate one muscle group. THis is the only thing that works for me.

i disagree and i know im not the only one that says the three weeks when you are on clomid try and keep the same intensity as you were while on. I was running propinate and i was still making increases in strength a week into clomid therapy my flat bench increased 10 more pounds.
