KB how's your back

Hi
It's gettin a lot better. I have a lot more flexibility now - which can also be dangerous cause I am tempted to make movements I shouldn't be making just yet. Less pain. Off the meds 100% (stashed some away, tee hee). Got exactly one week til I am back to work. Doin all my exercises. lol, I started doing forearm rolls (I made one of those things with the PVC pipes and the rope with the 10lb plate attached). feels good.
F/u appt with my surgeon Thurs. Bandage came off today, I'll have pics of the incision soon hopefully. Will find out from surgeon when I can start PT.
And me being away from the office for 2 weeks will only help my career and my chances of fingerbanging any of the new chicks.....Let the stories of my legend precede me for a bit.
