OK, I downloaded Kazaa, restarted, clicked on the icon, a screen came up, now what? Did I miss something?

there should be a toolbar on top that has a search button. click on that and fill in the box on what you want to search. you can also look at how fast, eta, if you click on the traffic button next to the search button.
