I read as much as I could understand. The way I see it is it might be a good idea to stop using it for it could overload my computer with a bunch of data I don't want.
Would I be correct?

Still Kazaa doesn't give me any problems at all, freezes up sometimes but that's it.

No.

The way I see it is the same way I've seen it for years - don't run EXE files from people/places you should not be getting them from and you will be OK. Whoever got infected by this KaZaA trojan was whoever was dumb enough to run an exe he was tricked into downloading.
