Have you ever bought kava in Canada ?

If so, where and for how much ?

If you bought it on a US website, did you have any trouble with the customs ?

No, Kava is completely legal, I never gotten any trouble from costums. Whatever you do make sure the Kava doesn't contain the leaves of the plant. Pacific Islanders have always discarded the leaves because they contain dangerous alkaloids. That's why a few people have had liver problems while on Kava.

I've bought it from a few different sites. My favorite is www.kickbackwithkava.com, it comes in a powder form which I throw into some water. Have fun.

How much powder do you use for sleeping ?

For me 3 tablespoons is enough. Sixty capsules for $29.95 is alot, but they're so strong that you'd probably only need one! 90% concentration blows everything else away.

If that's too expensive I've also had very good experiences with Pharma Kava liquid Kava Kava. One fluid ounce of that lasts me about a month. When I'm going with the Kava Kava liquid I'll usually just squirt one dropper full into about half a cup of water, then I chug the water. It odd, although I've gotten used to it.

I've only tried a pill form once, it was natures fingerprint or something from GNC. It didn't do much of anything for me.
