Katanadrol 3.0 Log

Hey guys,

been lurking around these forums for a while and finally decided to give it a go.

Currently running my first cycle ever. The ph is katanadrol 3.0.

current stats
age:27
height:6'0
weight:205
bf: ~16-17%

been lifting for over 10 years. Last couple of years kinda let myself go with busy work schedule, got significantly out of shape.

goal is to lose few points of bodyfat and maintain if not put on some muscle.

plan on running katana for 4-6 weeks, starting at recommended 2
caps/day am/pm and possibly working up to 4 caps.

as far as other on-cycle supps I'm staying light, just taking liv52 for extra protection even though katana is non methylated, as well as multi and fish oil. I don't like to drink protein shakes, and prefer to consume it in natural form.

for pct I'm going to run erase 3 caps a day as well as natty test booster.

Currently day 4 into my cycle and all I can say is wow: this sh*t rocks.

DAY 4

significant hardening of muscle mass and drop of some fat. Strength is up like crazy. Eating below maintenance around 2700 calories.
Diet is clean 40,40,20.

Libido is significantly up. Other sides is that I got pretty sick last night with flue like symptoms which have largely disappeared by now. I think it might be some form of test flu, not sure. Constant rise of body temperature, without increase in heart rate or blood pressure both of which are perfectly in range. Besides that everything is fine.

Anyways, today's workout was very light as I wanted to make sure to hit the gym heavy tomorrow and not feel sick. Just some high reps bench w/ dumbbells and flies. Taking it easy tonight.

DAY 8

fat keeps dropping and muscles keep getting harder, although not too much bigger in size. Loving the thermogenic effects of this compound! Going to up the dose to 3 caps a day tomorrow. Sweating like crazy with each workout.
I lift 5 times a week splitting major muscle groups, and I go for more light/medium weights with higher reps for cutting and definition. Doing 30 mins of cardio before each lifting session.

Sides: no sides, just a steadily high libido. My lady's loving it :D No lethargy, atrophy, tons of energy and overall sense of awesomeness. Glad I chose this PH for my first cycle.

Day 16

sorry for slow updates, been real busy with work. So far everything is great, and I upped the dose to 4 caps a day (starting today). Strength and endurance are ridiculous, I trained for 3 friggin hours at the gym today and could still go on!

Sides: no sides. Libido returned to healthy normal. I actually added NTBM Bridge to minimize suppression. I added it 2 days ago and now I'm feeling horny as a mother again lol. Great product. Other than that, sleep is great, mood is terrific, energy is through the roof, and recovery is amazing.

I am actually thinking about adding Helladrol for the last 3 weeks to this cycle. Any advice to whether I should just finish up with katana at 4 caps a day or should I go right for the kill? :) It is my first cycle, so I am not sure.

Above is the current progress pic. It really does no justice as I just got back from the gym, the pump is gone and im stuffed with rice and chicken lol. I know I should've kept the carbs low tonight, but after the 3 hour training session I definitely felt the need to replenish.

Haha, sure thing Steve, ill shave and tan up nicely for you ;) LOL jk man, you make good point. My girl actually suggested I do the same, so these following pics are with way less bodyhair and even some tan lol.

Anyways, DAY 22

I am still at 4 caps a day, and things are going great. Bridge keeps libido strong, and I only take 2 caps instead of suggested 3! I've read suggestions to take double dose of bridge to see any effectiveness, but so far it's working great even at low dose for me. There is further reduction of bodyfat, as I hope can be seen from these following pics, and strength keeps increasing, although not at the same rate as in beginning. Stamina, on the other hand, keeps getting better and better on daily basis. Appetite is controlled by all the caffeine in katana, definitely a huge positive !

So far I am 3 weeks into this cycle, and results are very pleasing to me. I am thinking to do a 6 week cycle finishing the last 3 weeks at 4 caps a day as I feel it is the sweet spot. I am even thinking to do a 7 week depending on how things will go.

This is it for now, not much else to report. Looking forward to losing all that fuggin bellyfat thats been there for years.

Day 30

Definitely keep making progress, although not with the same intensity as the first 3 weeks. It can be attributed with me kinda slacking on my diet this past week. Nonetheless, I plan to do 3-4 more weeks, and I also will be adding forged burner for the remainder of the cycle and PCT as well. Even thinking to add 11-oxo to reduce visceral fat and just do another 4 weeks. Any suggestions? I know 11-oxo us supposed to be run for minimum 6 weeks but I feel in my case it will give me the extra boost to work on that stomach fat.

Sides: no sides. Mood and energy are great, and libido is amazing due to NTBM bridge (currently taking 3 caps). I am also using celery seed extract from NOW nutrition to keep BP and heart rate in check as Katana can raise both due to all the stimulants in it, and also taking liv. 52 for extra liver support.

Still training 5 days a week with 20-30 min cardio before each lifting session. Damn, it's amazing how hard it is to get rid of all this stubborn fat that's been there for years. Hopefully forged burner will help me keep
my calories down and provide extra thermogenic effects.

Sorry for a long lack of updates. My katanadrol 3.0 run is over, in total it was 5 weeks long, no sides, i ended up gaining about 3-5 lbs of muscle and lost about 3%-4% bf, so overall I'm very pleased with the results. Energy and libido stayed great (definitely with the help of ntbm bridge).

However, I decided not to stop at this point, and run another 4-5 weeks of 11-oxo, finaflex 1-andro and forged burner to achieve the best results possible. I am currently 1 week into this cycle, sticking to low dose of the compounds (300 mg each) while taking 1 forgedburner pill a day for appetite suppression. I am also using liv 52, celery seed extract, and ntbm bridge to minimize suppression.

So far there are no sides, energy, mood, and libido are strong, and bf is just melting off.
Will try to put up progress pics by tomorrow. The log continues! :)
 
DAY 59 - wow.. I've made it this far :)

Anyways, I am very pleased with current progress, as I finally started losing fat around the midsection. When I started, I weighted 212, this morning I came in at 202, so 10 lb drop (while I definitely gained 4-5 pounds of muscle). Still 2 more weeks to go, so this will end up being an 75 day cycle, much longer then I currently planned, but then again, I was using low dose of non-methylated compounds, and closely monitoring for side effects, so I think it will work out for me in the end. The results are coming slowly but surely, and I feel like I'll be able to hold on to most, in not all of my gains after pct.

I decided to slowly bridge into pct, as I dropped 1-andro and am sticking just with 11-oxo dosed it at 300mg (to minimize suppression and for cortisol control). I also started using formastanzol, 3g of DAA, and continuing with ntbm bridge to begin recovering natural test levels. I am continuing with forged burner and will most likely carry it throughout the whole pct. After 2 weeks I'll drop 11-oxo and add some more stuff such as fenugreek and tribulus if needed, and do another month of pct. I also might add some nolva if I'll feel like I need it.

SIDES: libido is a bit down as expected, but still no problems in that department and I feel like it will recover rather quickly from this point on. No testicular atrophy, nuts are hanging low, all of which I can attribute
to ntbm bridge, specifically to the fadogia aggrestis component in it. Besides that everything is great, no lethargy, no gyno, basically no other sides.

Thanks bro! I'm not sure if I'll get bloodwork done..I'd like to but can't promise it :) Judging on how I feel at this point I'd say
that my natty test levels are good, libido is there, and I'm still using 11-oxo as bridge into pct, but I'm also taking daa and using ntbm bridge. In 3 weeks I'll dop 11-oxo and continue with pct for another 4-5 weeks. Will see how that goes :)
 
Thanks. I started off at 212, now I am 200 even lol. Can't wait to go below 200, have been a fatty for almost 8 years now :P
 
Woke up today at 198 lbs and 13.7% BF. Yay to me, lol.

DAY 77

At this point it's simply about losing the few extra pounds and getting into 11-12% bf range. I am completely recovered from any minor sides that I had during the cycle, libido is 100%, feeling excellent, mood is great, no estrogen or progestin sides etc. Strength stayed pretty much the same on the lifts, only endurance is slightly lower, but can't complain about anything overall. I am still taking a tiny dose of 11-oxo of 150mgs per day (just 2 pills) to finish the bridging from the cycle, but will be completely finished with all ph's in a couple of weeks.

Supps I am currently taking: n2 DAA 3 grams/day, (by the way anyone know how come its gone from ntbm.com ?), NOW testojack 100, fenugreek, just 1 cap a day of ntbm bridge, forma stanzol and 150 mgs of 11-oxo.

There is nothing much else to add. Helladrol is next :P

Thanks guys. yeah I absolutely loved the cycle, recommend katana as 1st time ph for all beginners. If you want even more extreme results, you might wanna stack katana with 11-oxo, and if you want even better results, you might wanna add some extra 1-andro, by either upping katana, or if that's too much stims, take pure 1-andro from finaflex or ams, etc

Not trying to nitpick dude but doing cardio before weights is bad unless it's a 5-10 min warm up. Cardio before weights results in using up all your muscle glycogen which means once you run out your body resorts to breaking muscle down into aminos for energy. Doing cardio after weights is perfectly fine since your body will switch over to using fat stores for energy and you'll recover better from your workouts.
Cardio before weights-catabolic
Cardio after weights-increased fat burning, no loss of muscle

Anyways, I hope that katanadrol continues to work for you and you see great results. Just trying to help out cuz my friends used to do the same thing and it would drive me crazy. Keep on rockin!

Yeah I was actually doing cardio after lifting, so this was a misstatement from me, my bad lol. It's all quite an open debate topic, some people say that cardio and weights should never be mixed on the same day together. I think I ended up gaining a few pounds of muscle while losing a good chunk of bodyfat, and I was doing cardio + weights pretty much all the time, but then again, I was running a ph.

But yeah I agree that cardio should not be done before weights. Thanks for input bro :)

Anytime man and there's actually a study that's shown that cardio before weights decreases max power output so rest assured I wasn't spouting bro science haha. Glad katana worked out for you...speaking of which anyone remember katana from mortal kombat? So hawt...
