anyone think this is a good breakfast for cutting? kashi go lean with soy milk and protein powder..anyone have any suggestions for cereal ideas? i aso been mixing fiber 1 with my oatmeal for a crunchy taste,,i never had grape nut o's but is it good for you>? and i kno shredded wheat n bran is a good carb cereal made from whole oats,,,any recipies guys?
