give karma - usually done to informative posts or posts you agree with

- click that button

earn karma - make informative and quality posts

what it's for - like karma in real life, positive/negative

Your "karmic power" tells you how much karma you give someone when you approve their posts. Right now you are at zero so they will see your msg but will not receive any.
Also, when you give karma it is taken from your stash.
*Nobody really donates anymore. I think they are working on the system again.
