How many people do you have to hit before you can hit somebody again? I've been trying to get back to someone for like 4 days now.
No, this is not a karma thread. The question should tell you that I'm out.

and if you can hit only 5 a day, it should take like 4 days

yeah you have to hit 20, here as a test i was only able to hit Perk, both Pegion Rat and you have to wait until i hit more people.

No, I hit Daisy trying to get back to the other person. I used to zap like 6-7 people in a day. I think I was out at 4 today.

Well I know I've been try to hit this person since at least 1/16 and I probably hadn't hit them in the 1-2 days prior to that. This gets old.
