Well, thanks for the input guys. I only have 10cc's test cypionate. what do I do? I do not have any clomid or anti-estrogens. I am 235 pounds at 7-8%bf and have never used any steroids. Will I make gains on this?
The best advice I can give you is hang around the board, ask intelligent questions, do your homework and become part of the community and things have a way of working out.It is hard to find stuff when you are out of the loop. I have to wait until I can meet the right people. My gym is not hard core and I am one of the biggest guys there. I may need to search for the hardcore gyms
I dont think anyone is telling him he needs ski high doses, but at the same time I dont think he has your full story either. You said you gained 19lbs but also got gyno, which likely means you had a shit load of water weight. How long were you lifting before that cycle? If it wasnt a good year or two chances are you could have made close to the same lean gains naturally. I gained I gained 45lbs in my first year of lifting, naturally with a shit diet and no sleep. If your new to lifting and you, you make killer gains with no juice, so without the specifics on your story I take your gains with a grain of salt. Also consider johnjohnson is allready a good sized dude at 235, so I would have to say 250mg/wk is too low and would recommend more in the 400-500mg.wk range.Don't listen to those who say you need sky-high dosages to grow. If it's your first cycle then this will be plenty for you to grow.

haha, no sweat, I dont think anyone was implying you were a dumbass. There are just too many factors that ya didnt make clear.Was just adding my experience, never said I wasn't a dumbass about it.
