Just started LGD-4033 a couple ?'s

Hey Guys,

Let me start by saying I'm 39 years old, have been lifting for 18 months. I started with Stronglifts, then went to Bill Starr's 5x5 and 3 months ago started HST...which has been phenominal.

I just got my SARM a couple days ago from Uniqemicals. The first day I did 1mg (It was an off day) and today I bumped up to 2mg and tomorrow to 3mg which I will stay at for a couple weeks and bump up weekly from there. I can say that I definitely know I took "something" due to certain sensations I feel throughout my body during the day. I am also including True Nutrition's MG's Super Test Booster on cycle because, well, I'm 39. It was recommended to me by Mike the "Machine" Bruce.

My question is should I increase my training during a cycle? I'm a total noob in the pharmaceutical "experimentation" industry. Right now I'm half way into my second month of my second HST cycle which is 5 rep (heavy) sets for the next 3 weeks. I do a full body, 3 day split...14 exercises in all each workout. Should I add workouts? Shake up the routine?
 
You should consistently change tour workout and routine type every 6 weeks to shock your body and allow for max growth... I also stress that whether on or off, your intensity should always be very high... Mix in negatives, change lift types etc and do this constantly... You never want your body to adapt because of constantly doing the same thing... Keep it guessing and the results will show

Yeah thanks. Now that you mention it I threw in dumbell flies a couple weeks ago and I could see the difference in my chest after the second workout incorporating them.

Trust me when i tell you, there are far more ways to hit muscle groups than people understand... Continue to mix it up bro
