Hey Guys,
Let me start by saying I'm 39 years old, have been lifting for 18 months. I started with Stronglifts, then went to Bill Starr's 5x5 and 3 months ago started HST...which has been phenominal.
I just got my SARM a couple days ago from Uniqemicals. The first day I did 1mg (It was an off day) and today I bumped up to 2mg and tomorrow to 3mg which I will stay at for a couple weeks and bump up weekly from there. I can say that I definitely know I took "something" due to certain sensations I feel throughout my body during the day. I am also including True Nutrition's MG's Super Test Booster on cycle because, well, I'm 39. It was recommended to me by Mike the "Machine" Bruce.
My question is should I increase my training during a cycle? I'm a total noob in the pharmaceutical "experimentation" industry. Right now I'm half way into my second month of my second HST cycle which is 5 rep (heavy) sets for the next 3 weeks. I do a full body, 3 day split...14 exercises in all each workout. Should I add workouts? Shake up the routine?
