Just Started Deca 300 QV, Need Some Tips

I just started my first cycle of Deca 300 QV, i took my first shot last night, one ML, how soon before i start feeling the effects? and what kind of shot cycle should I use? The guy I got it from said one shot every 5 days for the first few weeks and then every 4 days when finishing up. It's a 10 ML vial so how should i pace these 10 shots? Any workout tips?
 
Well first of all your going to need more than 1 vial as Deca generally starts to kick in around week 4-5. So if you have only one bottle and you take 1ml every 5 days its only going to last you 7 weeks. 300mg of deca a week for a 1st time deca cycle is fine, if I were you though I would take 1ml every 7 days so the bottle will last you 10 weeks. If your set on every 5 days then your going to need to get another vial to make it last long enough to see good results from deca. You might want to run a low base of test every week along side the deca, or even QV Winny if you can get your hands on it at at least 50mg a day. I'm guessing you dont have any PCT or anti-e's ready in case of gyno?

If you really live in mexico getting all this should be no problem, well except the bromo/dostinex. Go buy some clomid at the farmacia so when your cycle is over you can at least run it for PCT to help recover your natural testosterone production. You may want to consider running b6 throughout your cycle 100-200mg a day.

Oh and as far as workout tips, might want to post your current routine, diet, weight, height, age, etc.
 
my suggestion would be to get another bottle and take 500mg 1x a wk for 12 wks. You should start seeing gains /strength increase after about 2 1/2- 3wks. You have to eat right, train hard and get your rest otherwise youre wasting your time. Think of your deca as just a tool to make the protein turn into muscle. Heres an analogy, say youre a cokehead(bare with me), you want to get high and the Deca is the Straw and the protein is the Coke. You aren't get'n high without the coke just like you aren't get'n big without eating, train and good sleep. Remember sticking yourself with a needle is the easy part its the e,t and s that separates the men from the boys in the gym. Its sounds like I'm beat'n a dead horse, you get the point. im a newbie so enlighten me on what b6 will do for me, i'm definately gonna jump on some anti-e stuff after but right now due to funds i cant really pick up on the winny along side it, not to mention a shot a day would really ruin the fun. as for the dosage i think ill spread it to every 7 days so itll be a 10 week cycle. any more tips from the experts?

as for routine, i just started circuit training. right now i am playing baseball and throwing 3 times a week. if anyone here knows much about gains arm strength wise when it comes to throwing id love the comments. as for eating, im starting on protein shake in the morning for breakfast, and lots of protein throughout the day, mixing in some egg whites here and there, a shake before i go to bed (with water). but im cutting down on the carbs later in the day, and bulken up on them earlier. as for workouts is it recommended to workout twice a day? and how should i rest?

You're a walking disaster. Don't do anything until you've read, researched, fully understood what you're taking. Then study your own goals, your diet, and your workout program. Train hard, eat hard, sleep hard, fuck hard. After that, then go juice once you've hit your plataeu.
 
Circuit training??? Basketball??? Using deca in this environment???

Fuck it... this isn't even worth my efforts, I hate basketball as a sport.

3. How long have you been training dedicated?
