Just started cycle #2

I just started my second cycle yesterday, Im going with 400deca/w 500/sust/w parted in two times a week. And I was thinking of adding winny at the end of the cycle, what do you guys think bout that? how long should I use it and at what dose?

Allso got pregnyl for PCT and have read alot about AIFM, but Im not sure how to use it? only for PCT or during hwole cycle?

as directions read, pct section is a good read .

IMO 40-50mg ed last 3 of cycle and the 2 weeks to pct
so 5 weeks , the decc still clearing your joints should be
fine .

So, you've started your cycle but not yet finalised it. You have no AI, presumably neither anything to combat prolactin, and no clue about PCT and you're telling someone who suggests you need to do more research to mind his own business.

No offence but the best thing would be to abort this cycle. You'll recover naturally in about a month from what you've already injected. Think about starting again after you've done your research.

I know I seem stupid, and I prob are. I apolegise for that. The cycle I just started has been planed for about a year, and recomended on this site. I just got second thoughts if I should add Winny and AIFM. But if U say I should abort, then I will, your the ones with experience

Well, if you get your act together then I was being hasty. It doesn't bode well, though, that you started before you had everything in place, especially your ancillaries.

You should order an AI as soon as possible, ideally two different types, one of which should be letro and the other aromasin or AIFM. You might get away without a dedicated anti-prolactin but I'd suggest having cabaser on hand unless you already know that you don't need it.

You're running some long esters with the deca and sust. This'll mean delaying the start of your pct while they clear after your last injection. The HCG is to prepare yourself for PCT, it's not a PCT protocol in itself. Look into getting some clomid.

If you take care then you'll be fine and run a satifying cycle. If you have any doubts about whether you'll get everything in place then you should abort until you know more. Have fun.
