you can measure it out with a syringe, or you can use the dropper if you know "exactly" how much is in the dropper.

I don't mix it with anything, but you can mix it with a little OJ if you want

Just to clear things up a little,pharmaceutical grade Letrozole is orally administered in tablet form. "Research" Letrozole is administered orally through liquid and dropper. I assume you already have or are looking into the research chem letro. Follow the advice of the others on taking that.
