I finished reading Nelson's new book, Bottom Line Bodybuilding, and it is great. I know a lot of people dislike nelson's approach to providing information, and often disagree with him, but this book is excellent. If you often disagree with Nelson, then you probably wont' like this book, because a lot of it goes against everything else related to bodybuilding. But if you have an open mind and looking for new information, you won't be able to put this book down.

His new book has more drug information then the last. I usually don't enjoy reading bodybuiding books, since most of them are reworded from older books, but this is unique and interesting, not your traditional book.

Now Nelson isn't paying me to say this, nor is he even promoting his new book yet, and am I not even going to post a link to his affiliate program which I joined, I just wanted to share my opinion of his book.
If you would like to view his book you can find more info at

Thanks Baza...

I always try to keep an open mind and like the "controversal" stuff. Especially Nelson's. Especially when it makes so much sense that it's hard to refute. I like his first book and will probably order this new one in a few minutes...

Along the same lines concerning what books we've read lately, I also read Natural Hormonal Manipulation and loved it... Rob Faigen absolutely did his homework for that one. Tons of references. I'm no expert in physiology, so some of the stuff he mentioned was a bit over my head. His charts and graphs could have been a bit easier to understand, but overall, there is tons of cool info.

My absolute favorite so far concerns diet and dropping bodyfat and is written by Tom Venuto. "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle"... I wish I would have had that one 10 years ago. Like Faigin's work, it really cuts through a lot of the crap and misconception that's out there nowadays, and he bases his writing much on the results he's obtained in his gyms and on the over 4000 clients he's had over the years.

;)

I dont always agree with Nelsons opinion, but its pretty obvious that he knows what hes talking about. The contraversy surrounding his posts is a good thing too, as it promotes discussion
