Just placed my oder, Preparing my Anavar Cycle... (opinions?)

I've decided to go with the Spanish Anavar over the Chinesse, and I just placed my order for 300 caps (10 mg each) today. I did some research and this is what my cycle will look like:

50mg Anavar (all 5 taken in the morning)
15 grams Creatine (divided into 3 servings throughout the day)
3 ZMA tabs at night

This will be for every day for 8 weeks

My Current Stats are:

6'1
200 lbs
8% bodyfat

Cycle History:

-Summer '00:
Winny Only Cycle
50mg EOD
Gained 20 lbs over the summer, amazing results
(lost 15 lbs during lax season, and as a result of a shoulder dislocation)

-Summer '01
EQ Only Cycle
400mg per week for 10 weeks
Gained 10 lbs, great results
(Kept almost everything, lost maybe 4 lbs and some hardness, due to lax season)

My diet has been consistant for the past year and looks like this:

Breakfest:
1 High Protein Boost
2 Yogarts
1 Promax Protein Shake

Lunch:
Chicken or Turkey Sandwhich

Before Gym:
1 Lean Body Protein Bar

After Gym:
1 Promax Protein Shake

Dinner:
Chicken or Steak or Pork
Side of Pasta or Salad

Before Sleep:
1 Promax Protein Shake, or Chicken Sandwhich

(Snacks thoughout day)
Fruit, Beef Jerky, Granola Bar, etc.

(My protein shakes are Promax [50 grams of protein, no fat, no carbs] I mix two scoops with 2 cups of non-fat Simply Smart Milk Alternative [10 grams protein] plus a scoop of peanut butter, 5 grams of creatine powder and half a bannana, TASTE GREAT! Im adding in 2 extra shakes here to up my protein intake, the morning shake, and the before sleep shake)

I don't worry too much about calories or fat, I have a high metobolism and have been doing an obscene amount of cardio latley. Im just looking for high protein. If i crave a hot dog or bag of chips I can eat them with no problem.

My work out has also been consistant for 3 years:

I ussually go 3 days on 1 off. I only work 1 muscle a day, but while on cycle I do a major muscle a day, then a minor. For example Chest and Forearms, or Bi's and Rear Delts. This has worked for me for the past 3 years and I am continualy sore and have been making progress. Of course I up my intensity alot while on cycle.

My expectations for this cycle are nothing insane. With the anavar, creatine, and upped protein intake ontop of heavier training im expecting to gain a little less then 10 pounds, and get much harder, stronger, and hopfully more vascular

I've had great success in the past with the light anabolics by themselves. Im not looking to turn into a monster, so no stacking or Test for me.

If anyone has any feedback or suggestions for my cycle, id appretiate it. Im planning of starting this baby up in less then 2 weeks.
 
Just started similar cycle. 60mg Ed of ** var, with 10 grams of both creatine and glutamine. 10lbs shopuld be attainable. Keep protien up and carbs down and you should be very happy.
 
Which would be better 60 mg/day chinese anavar, or 40-50 mg of ttokkyo anavar?

also, should the anavar be spaced out at all, or does it matter. Medically they give 2.5 mg 2-4 times a day, spaced out

im not sure about the TT or ** anavar

but i would like to know when the best time to take the anavar is. I was planning on taking all 5 tabs in the morning just for simplicity and to ensure that i didn't have to carry them around with me and risk loosing any.
 
If you spread them out through the day - 1/2 am - 1/2 pm then you will even out the levels of var in your system. Imo this is a more effective way to run the var- I would think that gains etc would be better as well. However- I have seen it posted that If you take the var all in the am then it will reduce the chances that your natural test (HTPA) levels will decrease. The theory is that your body's homeostasis does not kick in because of the fluctuating levels of var in your system - It does not recognize a consistant supply of outside test -so it does not lower its production levels- I think that you would be a fool to think that it will not do somthing to your natural test - no matter how you take it - but the all in the am method might not be as harsh. And no matter what anyone says - var will affect your nat test levels - It shrank me up on my first cycle of 40mg a day. If you run it 1/2 in the am and 1/2 in the pm - I suggest clomid therapy-

Does it matter if you take it w/ or w/o food? Why does it have to be all in the am, would it matter if it were all before bed? Newbie questions, I know, but ya gotta ask somewhere.
 
Creole explained it pretty well. The theory on am dosing only is that since anavar has a half life of about 9 hours, most of it will be out of your system by the time you go to bed. Since much of the HPTA activity occurs during sleep, hopefully the HPTA won't be impacted as much as if you spread the dose out.

There are plenty of people that will argue that anavar won't affect the HPTA at any dose, and some that will argue that it depends on the dose. Since the answer is not clear it may be a good idea to take clomid after your cycle.

I don't know but I do spread it out.

The other side of the coin is that your gains will not be as good if you take it once a day. Spreading it out will result in better gains since you have a more constant blood level.

Anavar doesn't give me an upset stomach but you may want to take it with food. Taking it with grapefruit juice is a very good idea since since there is an enzyme in grapefruit juice that will increase absorbtion.
 
Great info, Im gona split up the dasage, 1/2 in the morning, 1/2 beofre my workouts, and ill be taking them with food, and grapefruit juice

is the glutamine better absorbed with var like creatine? Dork if you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay?
