Just over 2 weeks out now....pics....

Again first thing out of bed in the morning, I'm trying to duplicate the depeleted conditions of show day and damn is it brutal. Down another % of bf in the 2 weeks since last pic. I finally started dropping some of the massive amount of sdium out of my diet, so the water is starting to drop but still holding lots in my back. Also, I keep trying different variations of some of the poses to see what works better for my physique, so some of the poses from the last pics looked a little better

Contest stack is
quest masteron 75mg ed
quest anavar 40mg ed
quest prop 100mg ed
quest eq, took my last shot a few days ago.
Will drop the prop last week, and either add fina for the last 7-10 days or up the masteron and anavar, havent decided

should mention, this digital video camera really messes with my colour, I'm tanned, not tomato red, but I dont know how to adjust it

Bro you look awesome man, just goes to show that hard work pays handsome dividends!!! Your side tricep pose is my favourite pic.
Nice work, you're gonna kick ass on stage no worries. I'm sure you'll deplete the rest of the water around your back by the time the competition arrives. I know you can do it.

looking huge needsize! I know next to nothing about competing but I think it would look a little better if you hiked up those trunk straps over your hips. good luck with the comp
 
Your side tri shot looks really good.

If you want a little critism... your side chest shot needs some work. Your elbow is wayyy too far back. I know you are attempting to highlight the intercoastals and serratus, but bring the elbow forward some and keep it pressed against your side. That way, you can swell your chest with air and lean back slightly so your chest appears higher without you looking off balance.

Also, if you give a slight tilt downward, like you are doing a half oblique crunch, you will get the "stacking" effect that Levrone is famous for.. where the half of the chest and shoulder on the back side of the pose look "stacked" on top of each other.

AAP, you're right about the side chest, the way you described it is the way I did it last week, and it did look better, but I was playing around with stuff this morning, and half asleep, so I thought I'd try some different ways to compare

Excellent points AAP. Good work Needsize, congrats. Also the third shot from the top is not doing anything for your physique, so you may want to think about dropping it from your repetuare (sp).

Other then that you should be good to go with the first place trophy. Best of luck.

you're right about the most muscular, it works way better for me when I can bring the shoulders out too, more like this

Right, that's MUCH better. Stick with that pose instead. Also try the variation of putting the palms of your hands on your hips and squeezing your chest arms and shoulders. I hope i am making sense.


It's a good thing you're adressing this issue. Some guys have good physiques and can't pose for shit. This will make a world of differene for you. Especially because you have a good physique and combines with excellent posing you will sweep the floor with your competitors.
 
nice work timmeh. you look disturbingly cranked. lots of improvements since last time around.

water is still in the back, but a LOT less then last time. with the sodium drop, it should dissappear within the next few days.

and like mentioned above, your most musclular post needs work.
when you do that pose, its your best one, but you have to do it right, or it doesnt do your physique justice.

i never though posing played suck a bog role. the physique can be stacked, but if you cant show it the right way, it goes to waste.

nope, only used that stuff the first two weeks on the love handles. It works but I did want to do this on my own

cold, only 18 1/4 or so, pumped around 19". My frame makes them look much bigger. They should look sick once I get them over 20"

Nice work Needsize ... freakin abs are great. I dont know much about posing either .. but i think that your side tri pose looks wicked? Even how it is in these photos, then again judges know what they are looking for. Keep up the good work.

size is great. 2 weeks out you will drop some water retention big time last week. i would sugguest if your not already 45 minutes of hard posing practice all required poses and pose to your music. know in the am you will pose to no music which many don't know and get lost on stage. you are still holding water in your back and your legs but the last week your legs like mine should pop. i have a dam hard time getting my legs shredeed until the last week. are you gonna do the carb depletion/ water depletion deal? again you look awesome just need to get a tad morec ut. abs look awesome.
 
flexed1, I've started the regular posing thing, and the more I do it the more comfortable I'm getting with it. Some poses I've been working on on along, like the lat spreads,a s I have a hell of a time with them. Now that we've got my routine put together, I'm enjoying the practice more. With the recent cut in all the wayyy extra sodium I was eating I can see water dropping already

RussianBro, bodyfat is normally in the 10% range, it was 12% when I started this diet
 
Just a thought, since posing has always been my downfall.....I got this tip from Big Mike M, my back is my strongest feature....but I could never hit the pose right.....so he said instead of only concentrating on making my back look good in that pose, while doing it try to make my chest look like shit.......it worked....hard to explain, but it worked.......:)

will do. Theres a professional photography in the same building as my trainer, so we're going to do all kinds of stuff while they are tanning me up the day before
