Dieted Natty Down From 232-192 In 17 Weeks 5'7 Kept A Great Deal Of My Size--not Looking For Any Significant Size Gains And Dont Focus Much On Strength Gains But Want To Increase Vascularity, Hardness And Cut About 12 More Lbs--i Would Guess Im Close To 10% Now Looking To Go To 5

Cardio Six Days A Week 60 Minutes On Tread At 15 Degree Incline At 3.8 Mph--empty Stomach (eca Only) First Thing In Morning--diet Clean Hi-pro Mod Carb
 
Sounds like some goals that some EQ and Winny could help you obtain.
 
Tren/Tbol/Test Prop/Winny/Primo/Anavar/Proviron.... Lots of options.... I'd do the Tren/Prop personally....

I havent tried Tren yet. Its on my list of compounds to try soon. Im anxious to see how much it increases my ability to shed unwanted pounds. :coffee:

I think that varies from person to person, but it does seem to stimulate the metabolism for sure.... Usually, the more naturally lean you are, the more it rips you up.... The biggest reason I love Tren while dieting is, cause I get strength increases, and no LBM loss on a SEVERE calorie deficient diet..... It's straight up sick Tren is..... You gotta try it for yourself.... Just keep dosages low at first till you see how it affects you, and if you get any side effects from it.....

is tren neccessary and worth it when just looking to harden and loose 10 lbs??
 
Tren will hurt most guys endurance on cardio. Blast some winny ( 50 mg ed ) and hit the eliptical like a madman. If you can't get your hands on winny check out ag-guys site. I do 45 mins eliptical, then take a 1 or 2 min rest and hit the stairmaster or treadmill and keep heart rate about 120 to 130 for another 10 to 20 min. Our crew sees more fat loss from elipticals than any other machine. If you are careful try some Black Pearl from vpx labs. Make sure you eat something first.They also make redline.

Look into tren, or winstrol.

There are also natural remedies (repost)

Natural OTC diuretics:
vitamin C, dandelion root, glycerin, and caffeine
increase water intake and start taking in distilled water instead of bottled

tren ace/ test prop are unbelievable for cutting. Diet needs to be good, but you look like your no dummy, so I'll shut up now. My last cycle was 150mg prop, 100mg tren eod for 10 weeks. Dropped tren at week 8. I'm 9-10 weeks out and I was at 214 yesterday which is only 4lbs of lost weight.
 
It's funny how everyone has such different ideas and fav stacks. Cycles are such a bitch sometimes. Personally, Eq/Tren/Winny. But then your cack may go dead from the tren and Eq so some test will help.


Frontload Eq at 800mg for weeks 1&2 then go to 400mg/week for 6 weeks,
Test 250mg week 8 weeks,
Tren 75mg ed for weeks 1-3,
Winny 50mg ed weeks 4-8.

Vascularity/hardness must come out of that combo, and size should be pretty damn good. But it may be too much than you'd like unless you keep your calories low, like @maintenence level with lots of protein. Shit, I think I like this cycle. I may do it myself. :verygood:
