Just Had Gyno Removed

Just wanted to relate my experience....had gyno since puberty...had bilateral removal 2 weeks ago....it was no sweat...virtually NO pain at all the following days..just some swelling that decreases pretty rapidly...had a well-known Plastic Surgeon that caters to bodybuilders do it in the Long Island area...except for the cost..I would recommend it to anyone....

lol, I know who you're talking about because I went to him also. Dr. Nadler right? He's awesome. He knows what bodybuilders need. Also the receptionists are hotties too. lol. Now you can take your shirt off at the beach with confidence. GL w/recovery bro.

I'd be curious as to who this person is and the cost. I myself had the surgery done in Chicago. It was a very disappointing experience. I went in the office asking to have these lumps removed that are the size of large peanuts and he said he could get most of it out but also wanted to do liposuctioning to make the chest more muscular. He did the liposuctioning but after a month of healing and wearing a compression shirt I felt my chest and the lumps were still there. I was FURIOUS needless to say. I'm in the process of trying to get some money back from this waste of time and go to someone who is qualified.

Nadler is the man. Very well known in the ny area and as a great cosmetic surgeon for bodybuilders nationally. I never heard anyone who was dissapointed with his work.

First of all - I apologize for not responding to this thread sooner...I have been off the boards for like a month...anyway...just so ya know, surgeons WILL oftentimes leave SOME gyno tissue under your nipple to prevent the nipple from "caveing in" or "recessing"...however, I think this is done mostly in cases where there is a LOT of tissue to remove..peanut size lumps don't seem to be the case....I wish you had a better experience buddy..good luck to you!

HAhaha....I truly hope you're kidding buddy....but just in case you're not...please realize that gyno consists of SOLID lumps and/or tendrils of SOLID fatty tissue....oftentimes glandular....trust me....there is no liquid in there to suck out...it requires surgical excision oftentimes accompanied by lipo..

Yeah Nads is da man....he def. knows how to cater to bodybuilders...cause he is one himself...he has tons of trophies in his office....he actually won the CA Masters Nationals or something back in '96....even though I think hes like 54 now..he told me he hasn't competed in a few yrs cause he doesnt like to do surgery when hes dieting and carb depleting...he also told me a lot of the pros come in every few years for a "shave down" on their gyno..hes a cool guy and knows his shit...a little more pricey than others but you get what you pay for....and his one receptionist with the tiny waist and cantelope tits was pretty fun to chat with....
