Just Got My Clen In And Need Some Pointers

would i be good at ramping up to 140 mcg's a day starting from 20mcg's the first day then adding 1 more pill everyday until i am at 7 pills a day?

should i take then all in the morning or half after breakfast and half after lunch?

2 weeks on 2 weeks off the way to go?

i am on cycle and have increased my cals should i take them anyways to help shed fat or is it a waste of time?

how many weeks all together including off weeks do you think they will stay affective?

what is this "crash" i keep reading about that you get when you are in between "on" weeks and what should i do to prevent it?

I have always had maximal efficiency running clenbuterol two weeks on-alternated with E{A for two weeks off. Most people need to ramp it up from 20mcg -40 - 80 -120 mcg over the first week to minimize sides. Add taurine if leg cramps develop. Drop for two weeks prior to a contest bc it interferes with carb/fat depletion/loading.
 
Any will do but use real ephedrine rather than ephedra or pseudoephedrine or neosynephrine bc it is cleaner and less chance of arrythmia. Vasopro is a good brand and you should be able to get a bottle of 96 25mg ephedrine tabs + bottle of 200mg caffeine tablets and one bottle of yohimbine for around $50. IMHO the aspirin (325mg standard tablet) is an important component that potentiates the thermogenic effect-people will argue, however, it is not necessary.
