Oakland Running Festival on the 24th and I've got another Half Marathon in Elk Grove this weekend. :)

Your photobucket account isn't password protected Dave. Who's the hot brunet with glasses and large knockers you were having dinner with?

lol@ woody

"oh btw, your account isn't password protected so I took the liberty of going through it"

I want to get into home brewing
It's a lot of fun and very rewarding when you craft an especially nice batch. I might get back into it one of these days, but at the moment, I barely have enough time to accomplish the tasks/projects on my plate. If you ever do decide to try it, save yourself the "PITA" factor and go straight to kegging. All it took was doing one batch with bottles and I said "fuck this" and bought the gear for kegging.

LOL....Well, knocked out another HM this morning. Not a bad time, not great either, but since my hip is still giving me a bit of grief, I'll take the 2:08:45 time...

I'm impressed bro. I'm only about 4 months into seriously running and I have a great new respect for the sport. Especially much respect on your determination with an injury.

Thank you. I agree with your statement about respecting the sport. I too, once I began seriously running, developed much respect for runners. I've been lifting for years and yeah, it's tough....but nothing like what it's like to run 13 miles. Running is tough!!! It takes mental stamina and physical endurance to a whole new level, doesn't it?

I'll always lift, but running is just...."different"...and the reward is different as well.
