For those that do not like the taste of flax oil or do not find it convenient to mix into other foods, we provide this excellent oil in capsule form. Since 1 Tbsp equals almost 14000 mg. or 14 g., you would need to take about 13 to 14 capsules per day to get a Tbsp of flax oil. A smaller dosage is still of benefit to increase your omega-3 essential fatty acid consumption though.

The oil in flaxseed is about 50% alpha-linolenic acid
According to my calculations: 1tbs of Flaxseed oil had 7,0g of ALA
That means 7000mg of ALA
Is that correct or what?
1 Tbsp. Flax Liquid Gold
Alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3)  = 7.0 g.
