IMO,if EQ is all you want to use for whatever reason,then go fo it...nevertheless,i would def go w/ 400mg/week (for a total of 12 weeks) and b4 starting i would make sure that my diet is on line...EQ alone will not give the results you are seeking...training/DIET/EQ=now we're talking...---fyi
