I've been training for a about 2-1/2 months now after a 2 year break. Within those 2 years off, I gradually lost muscle size and strength(naturally). I noticed though in the past 5 months that my nipples have gotten really puffy. So I figured Ill get back into lifting, gain chest mass and combat the unknown reason for my puffy nipples. Well Im currently doing so, but shit just seems to be getting worse for me
My strength is going through the roof without any problems. My chest though almost seems to be getting smaller and my nipples even worse. My calorie intake is not the problem, nor is my diet. Ive been to the doc. to see if I had gyno and he said no. The only thing is, is that he didnt run any tests. I took off my shirt, he looked at me touched my chest and said, nope. Im getting really fucking pissed off here, its ruining my life, what the hell could be wrong. Is there some kind of test or anything that a doctor can do to see what the hell might be the problem? Ive tried Yohimburn with NO results, Ive tried cutting my calories, nothing happens. Ive never had this problem before, not even through puberty. I just want to know why the hell is it happening now? Im not on any gear, Im not an alcoholic, I dont take prohormones, nothing. There is no significant reason to why this should be happening. I know there's tons of threads on this already, but none of them seem to ever answer my questions. The only thing different now that wasnt before is that Im depressed alot cause of a recent break-up and Im tired alot, plus I feel anxious alot. What do you guys think?
