Just Do It!

You must workout. Exercise is a great depression reliever! I tend to forget this every time, no matter how much I work out. I was feeling down and blue because it's been raining for 2 days, I've got to find a job in a hurry, and because of other personal matters. I sucked it up, hit the bag and took the dog for a job. Now, I feel on top of the world. And will for a couple of hours or so and then it's back to the blues, but the relief keeps you going.

So you took the dog for a job, but not yourself? Just messing with you.

I agree with your logic. Winning has the same effect as well. I was kind of bummed about a few things, but went to the flag football game even though I wanted to sleep instead. Result was a W with me having 2 int [one returned for a td] and one receiving TD, and got game MVP. I feel on top of the world for the current moment.

LMAO! I've been making a lot of typo errors lately. Need to get my eyes checked.

I use to feel the way after playing a great game of basketball. Football as well, but haven't played that in 5 years. I had to give up basketball because it kills my knees. Wish I could still play, but I want to be able to walk 10 years down the road. I made a lot of quick stop moves, which is hell on the knees.

My softball team is 15-1 (fall league) with two games left. Winning is indeed a depression killer.

If I ever work out again, I'll let you know about that too.

Life sux in the end and often times in between. But, we must find ways to have many good times along the journey. That's the focking challenge. If I didn't have to work, my life could be a lot better.

Exercise is the key to feeling good. And eating good. No junk food.

Even if you just go on a walk it keeps those endorphins up and your seratoin (sp?) levels up. ;)

you guys need to jump on some HIIT cardio and get those endorphins flowing like magma from mt st helens. 30-45 minutes ed for 5 days should suffice.

cut weights to 3 times a week to avoid overtraining.

take a multiviatmin.
