Im wondering how much is DNP used by competitive BBers. I personally have never used, nor plan on using, but Im curious as to how much the stuff is actually used? Im curious about how long it has been being used and how common it is now?
 
I'm not sure as to exactly how much... but didn't Sofageorge do an expirement on himself where he went up to 800mg's/day with DNP???

I think that a number like that sounds like something a IFBB pro would use. Maybe 1gram....

Bump for more opinions though.
 
Everone is different and it matter on the batch too, I have done several DNP cycles, one batch(powder) I couldn't do more then 400mg without melting, the next batch I did 600mg before bed and 200 more the next morning. But no matter, I started at 200mg for a couple days then want up.
 
I've used this shit for while in the past, but now I don't think it's really necessary, besides, it's just too fucking bad for you. Of course, if you overdose it can kill you, but hell even if you live, there's no way all that sweating and feeling like shit can mean your body is okay. Your body is struggling on DNP.

I heard long ago that the norm range is considered 3-5mg p/kilogram of bodyweight (I think it's pretty accurate too). NOT POUNDS. So I weighed in at 210 lbs, so I rounded up to 100kg (~220lbs). 3mg is considered effective and safe, not many people can tolerate more than 5mg p/kilo. I personally used 4mg p/kilo (400mg) in 2 week cycles with great success. My brother also has used this stuff at 4mg p/kilo with good, but less success than I. It didn't seem to make him as miserable as it made me either, and our dosages and diets were strikingly similar at the time.

I've heard that 6mg p/kilo has been done by pros, but no more, cranking it from 6mg to 7mg or 8mg will yeild a minor difference in fat loss theoretically but is much more likely to fuck you up at that limit. Once I tried 6mg, day 4 I learned my lesson and backed down. Oh yea, and it's also my understanding that the half-life of this chemical in the body is 36 hours... interesting, it's usually dosed every 24 hours, but I have always dosed every 36.

Bottomline, 3-5mg p/kilo of bodyweight is considered the safezone but still effective. 6mg, you're pushing the side effects to a virtually unbearable caliber. 12mg I believe I heard was lethal, but I don't understand what that's supposed to mean, because I honestly believe that 9 or 10mg a day would have fucking killed me.

It's not worth it for health reasons though. I won't even use the last few grams I have. Lucky the shit is dirt cheap.
