it says to take one before 30-40g of carbs, so if 'im having more carbs than that at one meal do i take two???

yup...take one for every 30-40 grams of carbs... One of my afternoon meals is a qdoba burrito (100grams of carbs) so I take 3 caps 30 minutes before
